Our History:

Fred Schoenagel Sr. started his practice of Land Surveying in the 1930's, after his involvement with the Construction of Lake Wallenpaupack. Fred Sr. had two sons, Harry and Fred Jr., who grew up in the business, and also gained experience in the Navy "Seabee" (CB, for Construction Battalion). Harry and Fred Jr. took over the business in the early 1960's, and practiced for the next 50 years or so, developing many of the projects in Pike County and the surrounding areas which are now a part of the local fabric. The brothers formed the current company under its name "Schoenagel & Schoenagel LLC". Upon Harry's retirement, his son Bill, who also had been brought up in the business, took over the Land Surveying Division. We have included a few historical photos of some plans and antique instruments from the early 1960's, for your enjoyment.
